We Get To Know Each Other
You book a 30-minute discovery call where you tell me about your brand, what challenges you’re facing, and what you want to achieve.
This is also when you get to know me and how I work. Trust and good communication are everything in this kind of partnership—I want to make sure we’re a good fit before we start.

You receive cost estimate
After our conversation, I send you a clear summary of what we discussed, what the project will include, and how much it costs. If you have questions, we jump on a quick call to sort them out.
Once you’re happy with everything, I send an invoice for advance payment and we’re off. If I need any materials from you (like existing files or content), you’ll get a simple list of what to send.

You see the first ideas
I create initial directions—either mood boards or rough sketches—to show you where we could go with this.
This is very important step because it helps us make sure we’re heading in the right direction. We talk through everything in a short online meeting so you can tell me what feels right.

You choose your favourite direction
Based on what you liked most, I create 2-3 solid design proposals. You pick one and I refine it based on your feedback.
You get 2-3 rounds of changes to make sure everything is exactly what you want before we call it done.

You get everything you need
Once you’re completely happy with the final design, you receive all the files in different formats (JPG, PNG, SVG, EPS, PDF)—whatever you need for web, print, or any other use.
I’m always available to answer questions about how to use the files, what resolution works where, or anything about printing.
